With old and newer home restorations, renovations and alterations for many years and given this is the real experience in past construction knowledge and the present and newer construction knowledge's, gives  much better diversity. Still an owner of a construction building company that was established in 1996. Also now helping others with knowledge of homes and buildings they plan to buy, sell or an owner just wanting to know its condition.
